We typically serve events of 50 to 250 guests. For larger events, we bring additional AI machines and bartending staff. Contact us for groups over 250 — we'll build a custom plan.
Everything. Spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, AI cocktail machines, bartending staff, setup, service, and full cleanup. There are no hidden fees or add-on charges.
Yes. Every event includes mocktail options crafted with the same care and presentation as our cocktails. The AI machines produce non-alcoholic versions of our menu items.
You receive two fully managed happy hours per month at preferred pricing. You get a dedicated account manager, priority scheduling, and seasonal menu refreshes. Choose monthly, quarterly, or annual commitment.
Absolutely. Most companies start with one event and transition to the recurring program afterward. There's no pressure to commit upfront.
We serve the entire New York City metro area, including Midtown, FiDi, Chelsea, SoHo, Flatiron, Hudson Yards, DUMBO, Williamsburg, and all Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods. Contact us about availability in other locations.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for standard events. Recurring program members receive priority scheduling and can book with shorter notice.
Cancellations seven or more days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours incur a 25 percent fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 30 days.
Yes. Barsys carries full liability insurance for every event. We manage responsible service practices and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Signature and Reserve tiers include custom menu options. We can tailor cocktails to match your brand, theme, or event. Classic tier uses our curated standard menus.
We accommodate headcount changes up to 48 hours before the event. We'll adjust staffing, spirits, and equipment accordingly. You're only billed for the final confirmed count.
